Hengda Group has been recognized as an AAA-rated enterprise in the 2022 credit rating assessment for real estate development enterprises in Xuchang City.
In line with the guidelines issued by the General Office of the Xuchang Municipal People's Government and the Xuchang Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Xuchang Real Estate Industry Association conducted the 2022 credit rating assessment for real estate development enterprises registered and filed in the urban area of Xuchang. On September 8, the association released the "Notice of the Xuchang Real Estate Industry Association on the Announcement of the 2022 Credit Rating Assessment Results for Real Estate Development Enterprises in Xuchang City" (Xuchang Real Estate Association [2023] No. 8). Hengda Group was awarded the highest credit rating—AAA. Only eight companies received the AAA rating this year.
