During the meeting, Li Xiaobing, chairman of Hengda Group, was elected as a standing member of the 7th Committee of Xuchang Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference. Chairman Li Xiaobing said that after being elected as a standing committee member of the CPPCC, he felt a great responsibility and was determined and confident to exercise the sacred duties entrusted to him.
